It was wonderful to meet so many friends and colleagues. Pram is amazing. Time and again whenever batch mates come on holiday she organises a sumptuous meal with musical backing by a keyboard artist at her Hyde Park residence. Thank you Pram!
ReplyDeleteIt is becoming routine (rather than usual) to have the opening comment from Speedy. While endorsing his every word, I must say that we had such an enjoyable time today at Pram's.
ReplyDeleteWith each passing year, I keep adding to this figure. Can you imagine that we all first met in June 1962? Very soon, it will be 56 years ago. It's not all who can still move around at our age. But let's enjoy while we can.
Thank you Pram for a wonderful get together.Your hospitality, the company, the ambience food and beverages and entertainment were splendid.Kanthi and I had a most enjoyable time,as I’m sure did all others.
ReplyDeleteThank you Lucky too for these superb photos which will be a great memento of this happy occasion.I also did relish sharing old memories!!!
Kanthi and I wish all, including our absent friends a very happy 2018 blessed with good health, joy, peace and prosperity.
KUMAR
I'm sorry I wasn't there. Lucky, I think you caught Sura and Rohini enjoying a really good joke! I'm glad all of you had fun.
ReplyDeleteWhat a shame I missed you this time Srianee! We missed your cheery presence but no doubt you will meet many colleagues who are still around when you come.
DeleteI'm sorry I missed meeting you too! Hopefully, we'll run into each other sometime soon, somewhere... Srianee
DeleteGreat to see my mates of 56yrs. ago meeting up and more than that enjoying themselves as if it was yesterday. The girls all looked like "Hatte Lummisses" and boys still looked as "Kollas" I wish I was able to join in the merriment!! As Lucky mentioned above it is not all who can attend due to "moving around issues"--- that includes me!!.
ReplyDeleteIt is so very generous of Pram to host these meetings to our mates at a 'drop of a hat' and roll back those years--- all thanks to you, Pram.
Glad that all those there had a really great time.
Once again wish you all the very best for 2018.
God be with you all.
Razaque.
We all missed you but fully understand your position O'Substantial One! I hope I can come up and see you this year. Very best wishes.

DeleteHi Rajan/Patas, I see that the demon 'auto correct' got you too! "For good" health in your message got converted to "Fogged" health! Fogged health or not, I hope we meet again soon.
DeleteAll the best to all of you in 2018. Srianee
