It's a great pride for us to see our own Prof Sanath Lamabadusuriya on ITN giving a talk of utmost importance to students and adults alike. And I hope all those who hear this conversation will take his advice seriously. The topics are what can be called mandatory for physical and mental health. Well done, Sanath!
