You made it easier by giving us the name, aristolochia fimbriata. It is also called 'White veined hardy Dutchman's pipe.' When you see the image of the flower, one can understand that title. I tried to paste a photo but it is not allowed in the 'comments' section. Thanks, Lucky and Indra!
