Sanath de Tissera in Town
I had the opportunity to meet our batch colleague Sanath and his wife Kanthi again, this time at our home in Sri Lanka. They are spending a short holiday here and will be returning to Perth, Australia in a few days. Pictured here is Sanath enjoying a simple Sri Lankan lunch time meal.

Nice to see Sanath and Kanthi. I am sure the "simple meal" was far from simple if I know how Lucky and Mangala entertain! Sanath is one of those lucky ones who doesn't appear to change his looks as age catches up!
ReplyDeleteIt was great to see Sanath after many years. As the Chinese say " a picture is worth a thousand words". We have been friends since we 1st met at the registration for entry to Medical School. We both travelled together from Nugegoda to the "Block". He is without doubt one of the nicest guys I have met in my life. His calm demeanour and philosophical approach to life has been Sanath's hallmark since I first came to know him. I wish I can emulate his attitude to life. My best wishes are with him for the months and years to come. Take care my friend.
