The pictures you see include my meeting last week with Jimmy and Manil Katugampola and pictures that Pram sent me of her group. Also, a photo of Maheshwary Nadarajah (Singarayer) with Sarath Perera (junior batch) taken earlier this year)
Long may it last, as the ship gets ever nearer to docking!
Pram has a "Forever 62"meeting which she describes as follows:
"The group in SL is called Forever 62. Bunter ( Srianee) gave us the name when she was here earlier this year and joined us for one of our dinners. We are a happy bunch of about 14. Not all of us manage to get together monthly but we try. We are organising a Christmas party on the 20th December"

Thanks Roshini for breaking the silence which was deafening! One thing we learn as we get older is to keep giving without expecting a return. I have this silent hope that the number of comments is not an indicstion of how many access it and find it useful.
ReplyDeleteHi Mahen, I am glad that Rohini started the conversation. It is really nice to see photos of people I haven't seen in a very long time, such as Manel and Mahes. Thank you for keeping the blog alive, and giving it the necessary chest compressions or applying the defibrillators whenever needed. You know I appreciate your efforts even when other distractions prevent me from sitting down to write a comment. Thank you!
