Creative Spot by Indra Anandasabapathy

TWO DIFFERENT ORCHIDS IN BLOOM- below the moth orchid, phalaenopsis, above Odontoglossom.
Odontoglossum, the Kandyan dancer orchid belongs to this group.
BUDDLEIA- the butterfly bush. Summer bloomer, commoner in the UK than the USA.

TRUE TO ITS NAME- the butterfly bush

  1. Hi Indra,
Thank you for posting your Orchids over time. It appears Orchids seem to your forte besides Hydrangea and other floral cultures to lesser extent.
I have spent a lot of time in growing food and display floral plants. Now I am switching over to all weather plant displays in view of advancing age??
I am also greatly interested in the larger trees as well!!!.

  2. It is that orchids bloom year round though most do in the winter & early spring. I am not always there when they bloom.
